FEATURING – Holy Cow!

If you’re feeling a bit down one day and want a pick me up, just head on over to Holy Cow!

Holy Cow has been open for about a year now and I’m sorry it’s taken me this long to go in.  You can’t help but smile from the moment you walk in.  And it’s not just because of the very beautiful store manager, Marcela.

The owner’s have fused their incredible design prowess, professional expertise and personal collection to bring you the most incredible market of treasures from original sculptures, art, house wares, jewelry and accessories.  Aristedes Pasparakis, who has opened 74 restaurants around the world, including Ouzeri, Babalu, Viva, and the Squeeze Club and who also holds a Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering, has traveled around the world with his partner Alexia Von Beck (a very accomplished fashion designer).

For over 30 years, they’ve collected amazing treasures, which simply don’t fit into their basement anymore!

Lucky for us, because now we can buy them!

Aristedes has containers coming in all the time with new treasures.  Originality is guaranteed because you won’t find these items anywhere in Toronto or even Canada.  Go down to the store and see what I mean.  And if you’re lucky to bump into Aristedes, he will tell you fascinating tales of the origins of some of the pieces.
